Terms and Conditions: InnovaBlendz Competition

1. Introduction

By entering InnovaBlendz Competition (the “Competition”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Competition is organized by We Love Pets SA (WLPSA) in partnership with InnovaBlendz (www.innovablendz.co.za).

2. Eligibility

    • The Competition is open strictly to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older.Employees, directors, or immediate family members of We Love Pets SA, InnovaBlendz, or their associated marketing agencies are not eligible to enter.

    • Employees, directors, or immediate family members of We Love Pets SA, InnovaBlendz, or their associated marketing agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

  • The Competition officially opens on 1 October 2026 at 20:00 (8 PM).
  • The Competition officially closes on 31 October 2026 at 14:00 (2 PM).
  • Any entries received outside of this competition period will not be eligible for the draw.

4. How to Enter & Entry Mechanisms

Mandatory Entry

Participants must visit the dedicated giveaway page on the We Love Pets SA website and successfully complete the competition survey.

The form will automatically collect the entrant’s Name, Email Address and WhatsApp Number. All required fields and questions must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.

Bonus Entries (Optional)

Once the mandatory entry has been submitted, participants can unlock additional entries by:

  • Following InnovaBlendz and We Love Pets SA on Facebook and Instagram (+5 entries per channel);
  • Sharing the promotional post to their social media stories and tagging the brands (+5 entries);
  • Sending a WhatsApp message to WLPSA with the word “ENTERED” (+10 entries);
  • Sharing the bonus-entries email with a friend and cc’ing [email protected] (+20 entries).

Completion of bonus-entry activities is optional and is not required to enter the Competition.

Social Media Disclaimer

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta are not sponsors, endorsers, administrators of, or otherwise associated with this Competition.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

  • Any third-party costs (such as delivery or travel, if applicable outside the prize scope) remain the responsibility of the winner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Only valid, verified entries will be entered into the final random draw.
  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winner(s) will be contacted via the email address provided on the competition entry form.
  • Winners will be contacted strictly via the email address provided in the entry form by 8 November 2026.
  • If a winner does not respond to the email notification within 48 hours, the organisers reserve the right to forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner.

7. Data Privacy & POPIA Compliance

By entering this Competition, participants consent to We Love Pets SA and InnovaBlendz collecting and processing the personal information provided as part of the competition entry for purposes associated with administering the Competition.

Where the entrant has provided the appropriate consent, their information may also be used for future marketing communications.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and will not be sold to unauthorised third parties.

8. General

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend or cancel the Competition or these Terms and Conditions should technical problems, circumstances beyond their reasonable control or other unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.
  • The organisers reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated through improper means, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The organisers’ decision regarding the administration of the Competition and the selection of winner(s) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Participants consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising from the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
